Client Service Representative (CSR)

Andover Animal Hospital – Andover, MA

Pay range: $18-24 DOE

• Greeting clients (and their adorable sidekicks) with warmth, empathy, and efficiency.
• Managing calls, appointments, and the occasional “my cat ate what?” situation.
• Helping pet parents understand estimates, invoices, and care plans.
• Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized.
• Supporting teammates – we’re big on collaboration around here.

• Prior experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Comfort with computers and front desk systems.
• A friendly, patient, professional attitude – especially under pressure.
• A team player who can keep smiling even on the busiest days.

• Pay range: $18–24/hour, depending on experience.
