Be part of the Schneider Electric adventure, join us! For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $115,000 – $125,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Content Strategist / UX Writer within our Digital Design Team, you will play a key role in shaping the language of our digital products.

You will create clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience and guides users through our interfaces with ease. Your writing will help ensure consistency and clarity across our products and services.

• Writing and editing UI text, microcopy, and interface content to improve usability and engagement.
• Creating and maintaining documentation such as guidelines, tutorials, and best practices to support designers and developers.
• Developing user‑centered content that explains complex ideas in a simple and accessible way.

• Working closely with designers, user researchers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content meets user needs and product goals.
• Participating in design reviews and contributing to discussions on product language and tone.
• Working with design ops and product teams on improving workflows and tools related to content.

• Creating onboarding materials, FAQs, and helpful resources to support product adoption.
• Helping define tone and voice across different user journeys and touchpoints.
