Job Summary
We are seeking an entry‑level Digital Artist to aid in the design and development of e‑learning training modules for tactical systems. The role involves collaborating with system subject matter experts, creating engaging learning materials, and supporting the full lifecycle development from requirements to delivery.
Responsibilities- Research and understand tactical system concepts using schematics, functional block diagrams, data, parts lists, CAD drawings, and technical manuals.
- Generate and design E‑learning modules using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop unique learning reinforcement methods to improve subject‑matter retention.
- Collaborate with engineers to plan and develop material in accordance with appropriate technical manuals.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment that demands both accuracy and detail.
- Travel up to 10% of the time for customer test events, data collection, and support of foreign military partnerships.
- Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret level) – U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience with ADDIE or SAM instructional design principles.
- Understanding of design principles such as color theory, negative space, hierarchy, and scale.
- Experience with creative multimedia design, including interactivity and learner engagement.
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience with requirements generation and configuration management.
- Experience with technical manuals and procedures.
