Raytheon CCM (Circuit Card Manufacturing) New Products and Infrastructure team has an opportunity for a Proposals Specialist
- Manufacturing, to support CCM estimating efforts. The primary focus of this role is the responsibility for documenting, developing, approving, and delivering on-time proposals, and other estimates based on sound reasoning backed by established historical metrics. This includes scheduling functional management reviews, securing management approval, and communicating results back to the internal customer.
- Interact with individual programs and Estimating and Pricing (E&P) to understand and implement proposal strategy and meet RFQ (Request for Quotation) requirements.
- Review RFQ requirements and manage inputs.
- A general understanding of operations and proposal development.
- Work with cross business team members in finance, supply chain and engineering.
- Develop Non Recurring and Recurring CCM labor inputs for New products and re‑designs.
- Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) efforts using Costing Models.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyze inputs for follow on proposals for test of reasonableness.
- Develop Risk and Opportunities for CCM effort.
- Present CCM proposal position to Senior Management.
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
- Experience in Production/Operations Analysis, Proposals, Project/Program Management and/or Engineering.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes in priorities.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking and require a robust investigative mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as multitasking several efforts at a time.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
