You'll work alongside experienced designers and project professionals, gaining hands‑on experience supporting workplace technology, commercial environments, video conferencing solutions, and design initiatives that impact organizations throughout New England.

• Support design and documentation efforts for commercial workplace projects
• Create and update drawings, layouts, and project documentation
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field teams
• Learn industry best practices for technology integration and commercial design
• Assist with project coordination and design‑related tasks
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
• Contribute to multiple projects while meeting quality and deadline expectations
• Gain exposure to workplace technology, AV systems, space planning, and design consulting

• Interest in technology, design, engineering, architecture, construction, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Experience with AutoCAD, drafting software, or design tools is helpful but not required

• Recent college or technical school graduates
• CAD, Drafting, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Design students/graduates
• Individuals with internship, co‑op, or project experience
• Candidates looking to build a long‑term career in technology design and consulting
• Professionals interested in workplace technology, AV systems, commercial design, or project coordination

This role is designed for growth. You'll receive mentorship from experienced professionals while developing valuable skills in technology design, project coordination, workplace solutions, and commercial consulting. As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to advance into Designer, Project Designer, or other specialized roles within the organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andover, MA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
