Come join our team as we make a difference in the after school programs.
* Oversee daily operations of the after school program at the assigned site.
* Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, and activity leaders.
* Develop and implement a variety of academic, recreational, and enrichment activities.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
* Maintain accurate attendance records and incident reports.
* Communicate regularly with parents, school staff, and program leadership.
* Monitor program quality and make improvements as needed.
* Manage site supplies and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and organizational policies.
* Education (one of two qualifications below needs to apply):
* BA or BS degree in Education, Social Work, Recreation Administration, Human Development, or related field preferred.
* Associates degree, or college credits in youth, child or family studies related field.
* (Actively work towards degree)
* A passion for working with kids.
* Must meet State of MA Child Care Licensing requirements.
* Criminal background check and fingerprinting will be completed upon being offered a position Background check clearance required.
Work Shifts/
Hours:
* FLEXIBLE scheduling available.
* Hours available within Monday - Friday 3:00 - 6:00p
* Additional hours available during school vacations, week nights, and weekends.
Pay Range:
The hiring range is $ per hour depending on experience and qualification level.
