Location: The Learning Experience – Andover, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of preschool-aged children in a structured, engaging early learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about school readiness, social-emotional development, and hands‑on learning.

Our preschool program focuses on early literacy, math foundations, creativity, and independence through developmentally appropriate instruction.

• Lead daily preschool classroom instruction in a safe and nurturing environment
• Implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support early academic skills, problem‑solving, and peer collaboration
• Maintain structured routines and positive classroom management
• Observe and document developmental progress
• Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates
• Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
• Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Professional, organized, and team‑oriented
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
