Pay: $22-$23 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of preschool-aged children in a structured, engaging early learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about school readiness, social-emotional development, and hands-on learning.

Our preschool program focuses on early literacy, math foundations, creativity, and independence through developmentally appropriate instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead daily preschool classroom instruction in a safe and nurturing environment

* Implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum

* Support early academic skills, problem-solving, and peer collaboration

* Maintain structured routines and positive classroom management

* Observe and document developmental progress

* Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates

* Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations

Qualifications:

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required

* Previous preschool classroom experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

* Professional, organized, and team-oriented

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred
