1:1 Support Staff – ASD High School Program
Location: Andover, Massachusetts
Salary Range: $28,694–$41,461 (depending on education and experience)
Position Type: Full-time
Job Description: CREST Collaborative is looking for support staff to assist with high school classrooms in the Lifeworks program for students in grades 9‑12. The role requires experience with therapeutic strategies such as de‑escalation, trauma‑informed practice, CBT, restorative justice, and ABA. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in supporting students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and be familiar with implementing behavioral strategies, supports, and data collection.
Effective oral and written communication is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support academic programs and behavior plans.
- Collect and log behavioral data daily or weekly.
- Provide reliable and organized support, using de‑escalation, trauma‑informed principles, CBT, restorative justice, and behavior plan implementation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with students experiencing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Experience with therapeutic strategies and ABA.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Experience working in a collaborative setting.
- Safety Care Training preferred.
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
