For EEC Certified Candidates: $18.18 to $22.00 per hour. For Assistant Candidates: $16.38 to $18.95 per hour.

• Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
• Deliver a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities to nurture a love of learning.
• Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Possess EEC teacher certification or have completed required training for roles requiring EEC certification.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.

This location operates year-round, Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM (operating hours subject to change).
