Job DescriptionCREST Collaborative is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to assist students in our member and non‑member school districts. In this role you will work off‑campus supporting students in our local public school districts in the Merrimack Valley and Essex County areas. Travel to and from programs will be required.
Job Responsibilities- Provide indirect and direct OT services for students with disabilities in individual, small group, or classroom settings
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and develop IEPs
- Follow documented treatment plans and submit service delivery logs for direct services
- Prepare regular progress notes of student progress toward IEP goals and objectives
- Attend and participate in team meetings monthly with other related service providers
- Provide consultation and training to school staff
- Other duties as assigned
• Successful passing of the exam (NBCOT)
• Valid license to work as an OT in Massachusetts
Salary Scale range: Bachelor Step A $54,987 – Doctorate Step M $116,598

- Qualifications: Knowledge of: integration and inclusive models of instruction; differentiated instruction and response to intervention; curriculum modifications, behavior management strategies, and learning styles
Ability to: provide individual and small group therapy to the school‑age students; work closely and harmoniously with parents, teachers, and administrators - At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
