Hourly rate: $18.18 to $22.00 for EEC Certified candidates; $16.38 to $18.95 for Assistant Candidates.

Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to change).

• Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
• Nurture a love of learning through child‑centered, social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities.
• Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Be EEC teacher certified or have certification requirements completed for roles requiring EEC certification.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
