Phillips Academy seeks summer teaching faculty members for Andover Summer programs, including Summer Session, MS2, and PALS. New and returning teachers and teaching assistants are invited to join for the 5-week session running June 23–August 2, 2026, on the campus 21 miles north of Boston.
On-campus residential teachers will teach multiple courses, house counsel, and contribute to campus life. Starting salary ranges from $6,800 to $9,700, with additional stipends for coaching and dorm leadership
