Primrose School of Andover is looking for a dedicated educator to help young minds explore, discover and build confidence to understand the world around them. At Primrose, you’ll provide purposeful play and nurturing guidance -- key components of our Balanced Learning philosophy.
Two Year Olds Teacher Responsibilities and Qualifications- Massachusetts EEC Certified
- Supervise and carry out daily class functions of a group of 2-year-olds
- Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
- Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with parents and faculty members
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance within the classroom
- Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and school events
- Prior experience leading a group of students
- Full-time availability between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday for a rotating schedule
- Must be able to lift minimum 30 lbs
