Come grow with us! The Woodbridge School at Partners in Child Development in Andover, MA is looking for a kind, patient, and engaging full-time Assistant Teacher
. We invite you to join our growing Woodbridge School Early Childhood teaching team. Being a smaller school, you get to be part of a close-knit, supportive, and dedicated team. We embrace a Reggio-inspired approach, recognizing and nurturing the whole child while supporting exploration, creativity, and learning through child-led play and meaningful experiences.
The Woodbridge School program runs on a Monday-Friday basis from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and operates on a 12-month calendar. The present program opening is a 40 hours per week position. Candidates will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift that may vary between 7:30am-4:30pm.

- spend time outdoors in all seasons
- At least 6 months of previous Early Education experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to caring for the wellbeing of young children.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.
- Satisfactory background check
- Mostly active - must be able to sit, bend, kneel and lift 25 pounds

For over 50 years, Partners in Child Development has supported children of all abilities with developmental, educational, and therapeutic services across our three core programs:
- Early Intervention (ages 0-3)
- Woodbridge School (inclusive early education ages 18 months to 5 years)
- Anderson School (students ages 3-16 with complex medical needs)
$19.79 - $22.42 per hour
