The Learning Experience
- Andover is hiring experienced Early Childhood Lead Teachers to join our teaching team. We're looking for educators who can bring strong classroom leadership, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.

Qualified candidates may be considered for opportunities across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs based on experience, qualifications, and classroom preference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
  • Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement and hands-on activities
  • Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
  • Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance

    Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
  • Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
  • Communicate regularly with families
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
  • Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
Qualifications
  • Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
  • Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
  • Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
  • Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education
