We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a Systems Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Andover, MA facility, to support the design, development, and maintenance of test consoles and automated test equipment (ATE) systems.

Our team is responsible for ensuring the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements, and you will play a key role in architecting new test stands, designing test solutions, and developing algorithms and techniques.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the production floor, developing new test capabilities, and troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment. You will work on a wide variety of tasks across the life cycle of a test, from design to production, and will have the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

  • Architecting new test stands to system level requirements
  • Designing test solutions and developing algorithms and techniques
  • Supporting complex digital, RF, and/or microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems
  • Troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment
  • Collaborating with engineering teams, program management teams, and production floor teams
  • Managing and prioritizing your own workload, which may consist of several tasks at once
  • Generating status reports, project plans, and work instructions using Microsoft Office products
  • Writing, editing, and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or
