Engineering Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
• Problem-solving and decision‑making abilities under pressure
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards

Education/

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required; 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership;
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus.
