Job Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus
