Pay Rate: $100.00 – 118.00/hr on W2

The main function of an Engineering Project Manager is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

A typical Engineering Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures technical solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus
