Pay Range: $100 - $115/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
  Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases;
  Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines;
  Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges;
  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards;
  Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports

• Must have skills:
  
  - Project Management, Pharmaceutical, Utility/Facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
• Bachelores degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus.
