In this role, you'll drive the development and production of complex multi-function modules used in high-reliability applications, leading and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. What You Will Be Doing RF Engineering Managers are responsible for:
• Functional management of the RF Engineering team, guiding staff selection, development, work assignments and performance.

• Driving the development and production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle

• Designing and developing circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full rate production.

• Leading investigations to understand complex RF problems and providing innovative and ingenious solutions

• Acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products

• Mentoring less experienced engineers on our team and collaborating with other engineering disciplines, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers

• Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Chelmsford, Massachusetts - Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Boston, Chelmsford embodies New England charm. Situated near historic Lowell, Massachusetts and Nashua, New Hampshire, the area offers a unique blend of colonial history, excellent schools, shopping, and dining options. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional engineering experience. Team leadership experience at the project level. Extensive experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications. Extensive experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools.
