Lab Engineer – Secure Power R&D

Location: Andover, MA

Join a high‑performing community of experts dedicated to 3‑phase UPS technology. In this role, you will provide critical support for the continuous development of recently launched products while preparing for a future in innovation‑led R&D.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $100,000 – $123,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.

The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. • Validation & Verification: Lead the execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure product integrity and compliance with international standards.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership: Act as a technical bridge between design and manufacturing to validate requirements and architecture.
• Specialized Testing: Execute high‑level electrical, thermal, environmental, and HALT testing to push product boundaries.
• Reporting & Strategy: Deliver structured data insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for product improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee lab infrastructure, including equipment maintenance, asset tracking, and safety protocols.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 3–5 years in a lab engineering or testing environment; experience in Power Conversion is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, and data loggers.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with safety certification and EMC testing is a significant advantage.

• You have a Bachelor Degree of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a technician (experienced) degree and you are fluent in English.
