What You Will Do- Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to achieve technical quality, financial performance, and compliance with Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
- Engage with internal and external customers and key partners to establish effective relationships.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels to drive success.
- Ensure quality of delivered products and services, manage quality risks, and collaborate on Mission Assurance and Quality.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical Mission Assurance plans that directly affect program implementation.
- Improve processes or systems using conceptualization, reasoning, and interpretation skills.
- Generate new Cost of Quality (CoQ) projects to reduce program costs.
- Implement APQP as applicable.
- Ensure inclusion of quality requirements, planning, and consistency for program proposals and management of the quality budget.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years of engineering experience.
- Experience with in a Quality Division of a commercial, defense, or aerospace company.
- Experience with performance to cost, schedule, and technical performance including Earned Value Methodologies.
- Experience providing technical program oversight for manufacturing and/or design processes.
- U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain security clearance.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
- Six Sigma, Lean, CORE, or ASQ Certification.
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification.
- Experience with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) or similar gate management and Risk & Opportunity management.
- Experience developing effective relationships in cross‑functional teams and with external partners.
- Team player focused on continuous improvement.
- Leadership presence and influence.
- Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
