Raytheon Technologies is seeking a microelectronics specialist to join the Etch processes production work center in Andover, MA. The successful candidate will have expertise in semiconductor processing techniques and must be capable of communicating effectively in cross-functional teams. This role involves hands-on work in a cleanroom environment, where responsibilities include wafer processing and troubleshooting. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Salary range is $86,800 - $165,200.
