Test and Validation Engineers develop and improve test processes, analyze product specifications to determine appropriate designs and processes to support customer requirements. You will apply your skills to develop, test, modify, and create solutions through a collaborative effort with various teams and provide technical direction for the test and troubleshooting of complex electronic assemblies and test equipment.

Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs; working with test development engineers on new or existing test hardware and software; supporting manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting; incorporating engineering changes into the MDP; providing technical support to testing of production hardware and maintenance of test equipment; dispositioning non‑conforming material with root‑cause and corrective action analysis;

and driving continuous improvement to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, and reduce costs using CORE principles and data‑driven decision making.

You Must Have:

• Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• 2+ years of test experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary range: $68,900 USD – $131,100 USD.
