Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer – NASAMS Integration and Test.
Location:
Andover, MA, United States. Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200.
- Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation, including metric collection and tracking.
- Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.
- Support planning, preparations, and conduct of product acceptance testing, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.
- Identify and coordinate resources required for the execution of demonstration and test events.
- Provide technical assistance to the program SI&T CPT lead, including development of technical briefings for program and engineering leadership.
- Travel internationally up to 20% and regularly between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
U.S. citizenship required. Must obtain an interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date, with the ability to obtain a final clearance thereafter.
Qualifications – Required- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems, software, operations, integration, and/or testing.
- Capability to obtain an interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date, and the ability to obtain a final clearance thereafter.
- Experience with DOORS.
- Experience with integration and testing of air defense systems.
- Experience creating test scripts and/or conducting performance analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication, customer focus, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
