Principal Systems Engineer – Test Lead

What You Will Do

• Provide direction over the integration & test team supporting NASAMS contracts – includes the planning, development and review of test procedures, and execution of test events
• Identify resources required for execution of test events
• Partner with test and validation approach with program management and external customers/partners
• International travel up to 20%, including, but not limited to, travel to Norway for test; regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system test
• Experience managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start

• Experience leading technical teams
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Knowledge and experience with developing proposals
• Experience developing staffing plans and identifying staffing assignments

• Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD

The role is U.S.

-based. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
