Test Lead – NASAMS Surface to Air Defense System

Security Clearance:
Secret – interim security clearance required prior to start; full clearance to be obtained after start.

• Provide direction over the integration and test team supporting multiple NASAMS contracts, including the planning, development and review of test procedures, and execution of test events.
• Identify resources required for execution of test events.
• Partner with program management and external customers/partners on test and validation approaches.
• Travel internationally up to 20%, including test visits to Norway.
• Travel regularly between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system testing.
• Experience leading technical teams, including managing cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date, and the ability to obtain a final Secret clearance thereafter.

• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Knowledge and experience with developing proposals.
• Experience developing staffing plans and identifying staffing assignments.
