Overview

Position:
Semiconductor Foundry Technician – Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon, located in Andover, MA.

U.S. citizenship required. DoD Secret security clearance required (existing active clearance after day
1). College graduate in STEM.

• Work in a cleanroom environment handling GaAs and GaN wafers.
• Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes.
• Perform and document optical microscope inspections.
• Perform scanning electron microscope imaging.
• Conduct failure analysis and data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• High level of intellectual curiosity and interest in semiconductor device manufacturing.
• Strong academic background.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Salary range: $57,200 - $108,800 USD.
