Process Support Engineer in the development wafer fab within the Microelectronics / Module Design & Foundry Services Department. Responsible for process development, photolithography, metals deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection to support Raytheon semiconductor foundry.

• Process and characterize wafers with team members and engineers.
• Operate and maintain semiconductor tools and conduct photolithography, metal deposition, wet chemistry processing, and visual inspection.
• Document and effectively communicate all measurements and processing steps.
• Support production and development fab in various processing needs.
• Attend nearby universities and labs to utilize equipment for prototyping and experiments (once a week or less).

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with photolithography, metal deposition, wet chemistry processing and/or visual inspection.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

• Understanding of semiconductor processing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Desire to learn new wafer fabrication skills and willingness to assist team members.
• Knowledge of III‑V semiconductors, preferably GaAs and GaN.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
