Senior Configuration Analyst

Position Summary

Senior Configuration Analyst, located in Andover, MA. The role supports the Patriot Product Team (PPT) within Raytheon Technologies (RTX). The position requires on‑site presence in the United States and is open to U.S. citizens or qualified U.S. residents.

• Lead the Patriot Product Team configuration control board (CCB) and interface with cross‑functional business teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Release, manage, and maintain configuration baselines for all action documents (IR, CN, and ECP) from configuration control to ECP control.
• Use configuration management tools for configuration identification, control, and product release and delivery.
• Generate a weekly locator report on all U.S. Government (USG) required approvals, providing status on engineering drawings that impact the Multi‑user ECP Automated Review System (MEARS).
• Execute and continuously improve all process steps required to maintain product baselines.
• Support and mentor the Engineering Data Information Server (EDIS) coordinator and maintain the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) relationship.
• Support US Government action items and maintain positive relationships with the USG, including running a weekly Class 1 ECP meeting and being available to accommodate USG demands as needed.
• Maintain the Review Board Definition & Approval Requirements list.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in data management or configuration management, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Windchill PDM or a similar product data management tool.
• Experience working in an engineering team environment, interfacing with Hardware, Systems, or Test Engineers.
• Understanding of principles, standards and processes as described in EIA‑649 and the Configuration Management Standard.
• Self‑starter, willing to learn new tools, and able to work with a variety of technical and non‑technical disciplines.
• Ability to pro‑actively interface with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple ongoing projects and parallel release activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD, depending on experience and location.
