What You Will Be Doing Staff RF Engineers are responsible for:
• Supporting the development and production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle.
• Working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions.
• Designing and developing circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full rate production.
• Acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products.
• Mentoring less experienced engineers on our team.
• Collaborating with other engineering disciplines including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technical and manufacturing support personnel.

This position is in Andover, Massachusetts - Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Boston, Andover embodies New England charm. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications.
Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance and be able to obtain at least an Interim Secret Clearance before starting the position, therefore you must be a US Citizen. Desired
