Project Engineer​/Project Coordinator

* Description:

** You will serve as a Project Engineer within the Chelmsford Engineering & Technology  E&T  organization, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment  IT&E  Department   In this role you will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs  AP    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Serving as the Control Account Manager  CAM  for AP

- Maintaining and updating the Integrated Master Schedule  IMS , ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans

- Acting as the primary material procurement liaison for AP, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations

- Identifying and driving continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution, efficiency, and improve documentation quality

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with cross functional teams, and external stakeholders

- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and must also be able to obtain an interim Secret prior to start  Must be a US citizen

- CAM and IMS experience

* - Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Management Systems  EVMS

- Experience working in defense company with engineering or manufacturing background

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100    $123,625  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
