- Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for various effectors (missile) programs.
- Work closely with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, and document test practices.
- Analyze data to drive issues to root cause.
- Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test process.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first pass yield.
- Engage with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production.
- Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes are followed.
- Assist manufacturing operators in the testing and troubleshooting of production hardware.
- Support production test on multiple functional test platforms.
- Travel as required.
- Tertiary degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of testing experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, One Note).
- RF, analog and digital test / troubleshooting skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing test methods through process modernization.
- Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Software skills (LabVIEW, MATLAB, C, Linux) a plus.
