• Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for various effectors (missile) programs.
• Work closely with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, and document test practices.
• Analyze data to drive issues to root cause.
• Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test process.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first pass yield.
• Engage with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production.
• Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes are followed.
• Assist manufacturing operators in the testing and troubleshooting of production hardware.
• Support production test on multiple functional test platforms.
• Travel as required.

• Tertiary degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of testing experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, One Note).
• RF, analog and digital test / troubleshooting skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing test methods through process modernization.
• Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Software skills (LabVIEW, MATLAB, C, Linux) a plus.
