OverviewWe are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our team in Andover, MA as a Senior RF Engineer. In this role you will drive the development and production of complex multi‑function modules used in high‑reliability applications, collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities- Support the development and production of complex multi‑function modules in all phases of the product life cycle.
- Design and develop circuits, modules and sub‑systems from initial concept through prototyping and full‑rate production.
- Act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines including hardware engineers, systems engineers, circuit design engineers and technical and manufacturing support personnel.
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or STEM degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering experience (or 1 year of experience with a related master’s degree).
- Basic Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications.
- Basic Qualifications: Experience using RF microwave test equipment and simulation tools.
- Basic Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic Qualifications: Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance and an interim Secret clearance before starting; U.S. citizenship required.

This position is located in Andover, Massachusetts, approximately 30 miles northwest of Boston.
