Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area of responsibility. Serves as Control Account Manager for Advanced Programs. Maintains and updates Integrated Master Schedule for Advanced Test Equipment programs, ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans. Acts as primary material procurement liaison overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations. Identifies and drives continuous process improvement initiatives to boost project execution efficiency and improve documentation quality.

DFARS experience is a plus.

• Serves as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs.
• Maintains and updates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans.
• Acts as the primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations.
• Identifies and drives continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution, efficiency, and improve documentation quality.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience building relationships across functional teams
• Secret clearance required to start
• Microsoft Office experience
• SAP experience is a plus
• 3+ years of Project Management experience

• Project Management proficiency and experience with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS).
• Experience working in a defense company with engineering or manufacturing background.
• Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

CAM, Control Account Manager, DFARS, project management, SAP, IMS, earned value management.

This is a contract position based in Andover, MA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 – $67.00/hr.
