Layout Support Engineer

Position

Layout Support Engineer – RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department.

Location:

Andover, MA (Onsite). U.S. citizenship required. Security clearance:
DoD Secret required (existing active clearance after day
1).

• Provide layout support to MMIC/RFIC Design Team.
• Verification using Design Rule Checking (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS).
• Reticle building and photomask ordering.
• Data checks, documentation, and peer reviewing.

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in integrated circuit layout and physical verification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance (DoD Secret). U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso tools.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes such as GaAs, GaN, SOI.
• Programming skills (Python, scripting).
• Linux operating system experience.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office.

Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD.
