Onsite, 4th shift with 8% shift premium. Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100.

This role is a U.S.

-based role. Relocation assistance is not available.

• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Development, and Program Offices.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including factory test procedures, workflow/routing, labor standards, tooling, and fixture designs.
• Collaborate with Test Development engineering on new or existing test hardware and software.
• Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporate engineering changes into the MDP, provide technical support for testing of production hardware, and maintain test equipment.
• Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, and lower direct and indirect costs using CORE principles and data‑driven decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Knowledge of RF, RF circuits, components, and technical parameters.
• Experience with RF test equipment such as Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers.
• Experience with test software suites such as Test Stand and Lab View.
• Familiarity with PFGAs, digital circuits, and analog circuits.
• Active U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
