Shift Details: 4th‑shift with an 8% premium.

Typical schedule:

Friday–Sunday (12‑hour shift) and 4 hours during the week.

What You Will Do
  • Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Development, and Program Offices.
  • Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including factory test procedures, workflow/routing, labor standards, and tool/fixture designs.
  • Collaborate with Test Development engineering on new or existing test hardware and software.
  • Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporate engineering changes into the MDP, and provide technical support for testing production hardware and maintenance of test equipment.
  • Disposition non‑conforming material with root‑cause and corrective action analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, ergonomic risk, automate processes, and lower costs using CORE principles and data‑driven decision making.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Advanced theoretical knowledge of RF, RF circuits, components, and technical parameters.
  • Practical skills with RF and RF‑related test equipment such as power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Knowledge of test software suites such as Test Stand and LabVIEW.
  • Familiarity with PFGAs, digital circuits, and analog circuits.
  • Active U.S. DoD security clearance.

Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD (good‑faith estimate across all experience levels).
