Test Engineer, Electronics Engineer
Location: US-MA-ANDOVER-AN1 ~ 350 Lowell St ~ AN1 ESSEX BLDG
Shift and CompensationThis is a 4th shift position working 12‑hour shifts from Friday to Sunday plus 4 hours worked within the week, which includes an 8% shift premium. Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 per year.
Responsibilities- Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for various missile effectors.
- Work closely with Operations and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, and document test practices.
- Analyze data to drive issues to root cause.
- Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test process.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first‑pass yield.
- Engage with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production.
- Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes are followed.
- Assist manufacturing operators in testing & troubleshooting of production hardware.
- Support production test on multiple functional test platforms.
- Travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hardware testing experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- RF, analog and digital test / troubleshooting skills.
- Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Software skills (LabVIEW, MATLAB, C, Linux) are a plus.
- Active SECRET clearance.

The role is onsite; candidates may be required to attend select interview steps in person. The position is U.S.
