Project Lead – Patriot GEM‑T Missile Integrated Product Team (IPT)

Location:

Andover, MA. Role is onsite. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Lead development and implementation of program management plans, processes, metrics, and tools for the GEM‑T Missile product line.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including GEM‑T Missile Sub‑IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership, and Program Management team.
• Maintain IPT cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc.
• Support new and sustaining business activities such as proposals, ARs, and strategic planning with a focus on product‑line optimization, affordability, and continuous production.
• Lead multiple cross‑functional initiatives for production, capacity, and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Support and drive CORE initiatives, partnering with functional teams to advance continuous improvement efforts.
• Own product‑line alignment to RTX Systems requirements, including RLPM inputs, reviews, and deliverables.
• Implement and monitor an effective action‑item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items.
• Provide regular, structured updates to leadership on project status, risks, and priorities.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level summaries, status updates, and briefing materials.
• Lead recurring and ad‑hoc meetings to drive actions, decisions, and accountability.

• University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5years of experience.
• Experience in Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working on cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft tools.
• Program Management Level‑6 certification (or ability to achieve within 6 months) preferred.
• Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and presentation skills with internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with FMS & DCS contracts.
• CORE Professional certification (or ability to gain).
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.

• Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
