Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Kuwait Program Integrator in support of the Kuwait NASAMS program. This program office role is a part of the FMS NASAMS program area and involves leading the execution of the recently awarded $1B Foreign Military Sale Kuwait NASAMS contract.
Responsibilities- Support successful execution of the program and program cadence (battle rhythm)
- Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries
- Support proposal efforts from kickoff through contract award
- Support the PM in partnering with customer on program scope execution and resolution of issues
- Collaborate across all IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in Contracts, Finance, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions as required
- Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
- Support customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits, and expect to support domestic and/or international travel as needed
- Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience with a University Degree or equivalent, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and Logistics.
- Experience supporting proposals and/or gate packages.
- Preferred:
International program execution experience, demonstrated program execution experience managing staffing and resources, proposal development and review, and working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management. - Program Management Certified Level 6 or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Compensation: $107,500 USD – $204,500 USD, depending on experience.
