• Support testing efforts:
  Provide technical operations and maintenance support for Patriot System hardware and software within a laboratory environment. Assist lab users in preparing for and conducting test events.
• Troubleshoot and analyze:
  Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Drive performance:
  Collaborate across functions to support the successful technical execution of complex integration and test events.
• Integrate systems:
  Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems in both field test and hardware‑in‑the‑loop environments, evaluating system functionality and overall impact.
• Collaborate:
  Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Support missions:
  Demonstrate flexibility, responsiveness, and strong problem‑solving skills to accommodate user requests while balancing daily PTFA‑required activities.
• Travel:
  Travel up to 10% as needed to support mission execution at White Sands Missile Range.

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience working within a test facility, depot, field, and/or engineering lab.

• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
• Familiarity with Patriot Technical Manuals and Patriot Maintenance Control System diagnostic software.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting hardware issues, with clear documentation of all actions and steps taken; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with mechanical tools (e.g., power tools, hand tools).
• Experience troubleshooting issues within Windows and Linux systems.
