Raytheon Semiconductor Foundry Team Position
An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.
What You Will Do:
- Work in a cleanroom environment
- Handle GaAs and GaN wafers
- Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes
- Perform and document optical microscope inspections
- Perform scanning electron microscope imaging
- Failure analysis and Data analysis
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
