A new graduate opportunity in the semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.
What You Will Do- Work in a cleanroom environment
- Handle GaAs and GaN wafers
- Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes
- Perform and document optical microscope inspections
- Perform scanning electron microscope imaging
- Failure analysis and data analysis
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or a related STEM major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of intellectual curiosity.
- Interest in semiconductor processing.
- Strong academic background.
- Good written and oral communication skills.

- Competitive salary range: 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
