Engineering Manager
An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for an engineering manager to join our semiconductor foundry engineering leadership team within the RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department. The Senior Section Lead – RF Production Test, Semiconductor Fab would be responsible for directing a group of skilled test engineers to perform DC and RF in-process testing on Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) fabricated in our on-site foundry.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in both DC and RF production electrical testing.
The successful candidate will review and oversee project schedules and cost, determine team priorities, identify and champion improvement opportunities, work to improve yields, and interface with operations management. They will facilitate the effective allocation of team resources and assist in identifying future capital investment needs, as well as fostering open communication between functional teams. Presence on the foundry floor is essential for understanding technical and logistical issues.
This role requires a large degree of multitasking with attention to detail while managing priorities depending on the nature of the problems and the commitments to customers and programs.
