Sr Test & Validation Engineer - 3rd Shift

Job Overview

Support the 3rd shift production floor of CCM High Mix in a test engineering capacity, training operators, troubleshooting equipment and analyzing production failures.

• Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering and operations staff, communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts and written plans to support production testing.
• Troubleshoot failures on CCAs through data analysis and visual inspection.
• Identify defect trends and collaborate with teams to resolve them and prevent future defects.
• Participate in new test set builds and coordinate test equipment between internal customers.
• Maintain and improve production test procedures and review procedures across the floor.
• Integrate process improvements to enhance production reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with RF testing equipment.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Proficiency with National Instruments software tools (LabVIEW, Test Stand, NI MAX) is preferred.
• Experience preparing and executing procedures and troubleshooting systems with general test equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off and holidays, among others.
