Security clearance:
Secret with ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Engineering, and Program Offices to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues.
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), including test procedures, ensuring all test instructions align with product specifications.
- Partner with Test Development Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software, ensuring robust and efficient test capability.
- Support production testing, troubleshoot production issues and problems, integrate engineering changes, and support both hardware under test and test equipment management in a manufacturing environment.
- Evaluate non‑conforming material, determine disposition, and perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
- Lead cycle‑time improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, automation initiatives, and cost reduction using CORE and data‑driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Test Engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Advanced degree in a related Test Engineering discipline (preferred).
- Strong theoretical and advanced practical knowledge of RF principles, RF circuits, components, and associated technical parameters.
- Proficiency in interpreting test requirements, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Skill in operating RF test equipment such as power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Experience with test software platforms such as Test Stand and LabVIEW.
