RTX is seeking an Operations Engineer for the Circuit Card Assembly Factory on the 3rd shift in Andover, MA. This role provides engineering support to SMT process lines, including automated equipment, and drives process improvement, cycle-time reduction, and defect prevention.
The position requires a STEM degree, 0–2 years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Confidential security clearance.
